Responsibilities

1. Helpdesk management:

• Help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Be a trusted advisor.
• Create best practices that can be used on the Education Center<https://education.survalyzer.com/>
• Create macro’s to improve efficiency.
• Gather product feedback from tickets to improve our product.
• Calls with clients.

2. Gain Product Knowledge on:

• Professional Analytics.
• Dashboarding.
• Data management.
• CSS & HTML.

Requirements

• Available for 32-40 hrs a week.
•  Dutch and German speaker.
•  Flexible, energized by a rapidly evolving product.
•  Thrives in a small team, eager to take on responsibilities.
•  Background/ interest in Market Research / Data Analysis / Software is a big advantage.
