To strengthen our team in Gdansk, we are looking for a SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER. You’ll be part of the
product team together with a product manager in Switzerland and a product manager assistant in Gdansk.
Responsibilities
- Collect, categorize, and prioritize product requirements for our B2B feedback management software
- Write product specifications using Figma and Confluence
- Create and refine system prompts for our LLM-powered features
- Manage the product roadmap and communicate new product releases through internal channels and public newsletters
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Engineering and Customer Success team to prioritize and implement the right bugs, change requests and product improvements
- Work closely with the Marketing team helping to communicate new product releases
Requirements
- Strong abstract thinking and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Very detail-oriented. You take pride in delivering precise and high-quality work
- You enjoy challenging the status quo while staying pragmatic. You are not shy to ask questions when something is unclear or could be improved
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Several years of experience in product management of B2B software applications
- Comfortable taking responsibility in a small and energized team
