Location: Gdańsk, Poland##
On behalf of Pistor AG, Efisco is looking for a QA Engineer with proven working experience and strong communication skills to join the Gdansk team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests, managing defects, collaborating with developers, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving testing processes to ensure software quality. You will work closely with software developers and IT teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium
- Perform API testing with Postman
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews to ensure test coverage and quality goals
- Maintain QA documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with developers via GitLab (CI/CD pipelines, version control)
- Continuously improve testing processes and propose quality enhancements
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in QA or software testing
- Proven expertise in manual testing for web-based applications
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar language)
- Solid understanding of API testing using Postman
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher(spoken and written)
