We are now looking for a passionate Customer Education Manager to join our Gdańsk team and help our customers achieve their goals at scale.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Education Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality educational content that helps our customers fully understand and leverage the Survalyzer platform. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure our users can effectively apply Survalyzer to meet their business needs.

  • Create educational resources – such as help center articles and tutorial videos that enable customers to use Survalyzer effectively.
  • Prepare communication and materials for newly released features, explaining their benefits and how to use them.
  • Manage and continuously improve our educational platforms and tools to ensure they are user-friendly for both customers and internal teams.
  • Create survey and reporting solution templates for Survalyzer’s template library.
  • Lead customer training sessions and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CSM, and Sales teams to promote educational content and drive user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating educational content (e.g., guides, video tutorials, or training modules) – please share examples if available.
  • Background in customer education, customer success, customer support, or a similar field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to create professional videos and instructional articles independently.
  • High technical curiosity and “early adopter” mindset – you quickly learn new tools and like to explore new functionalities; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hybrid work mode, 3 days at the office.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with advanced survey tools and BI/analytics platforms.
  • Experience in research industry.
  • Experience with AI solutions.
  • Experience with creating and managing e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of German or Dutch language.
