On behalf of Pistor AG, Efisco is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with proven working experience and strong communication skills to join the Gdansk team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for automating, optimizing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with software developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, enhanced reliability, and continuous delivery across our platforms.

Your Tasks:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development lifecycle.
- Manage version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Maintain and support containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure security best practices in all environments, including access controls, vulnerability assessments, and audits.
- Collaborate with QA and Development teams to ensure quality in the delivery process.
- Optimize system and application performance for scalability and efficiency.
